Can anyone who has a MacBook Pro late 2008 (2,4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB) confirm that it works?

Also if I would buy it and it's not working, could I give it back (I know that the my macbook doesn't fulfill the minimum requirements)
