I paid for dlc a while back on obsidian backer page, and today I redeemed my backer key and only got base game? Did I miss something?

Are you talking about Pillars 1 or 2? If #1 I would contact Obsidian directly at https://forums.obsidian.net/forum/104-pillars-of-eternity-technical-support-spoiler-warning/ or http://eternity.obsidian.net/contact or support@obsidian.net

However, if you're talking about Deadfire that's because they aren't working on the DLC yet but when it comes out you will recieve an email from Obsidian on how to get your key.
