Geez,
today when I wanted to resume my game, I noticed that I hadn't selected any of the DLCs - they weren't selected automatically. So I started to check the boxes (or I tried), but selecting each item takes several minutes to install and since it's not possible to select all at once, it takes ages just to get these minor DLC items installed. It's truly horrible. :D
The GOG Galaxy client goes through all kinds of stages, like "Checking local files", "Updating", "Finalizing", "Getting file list", "Downloading"... Each step takes a crazy amount of time, for such a ridiculous task. It's insane, and all this for DLCs which are like 1 MB a piece. It should take like a second for each one.
I truly have a lot of time to write this, because I have to wait so long for the 8 DLCs to install. I think downloading and installing these 8 MB or so, takes Galaxy almost an hour... I'm shocked.
Anyone else notice this? Don't forget to install your DLC. :P Galaxy doesn't tell you it's not installed unless you check all the settings.
Okay bye, it's finally done, good lord. :D
