My big question is: Does dexterity influence accuracy? If not, how is accuracy determined?

I found very ambiguous explanations in the manual and in the tool tips, and nothing in the tutorial or the character creation phase. But nothing on dexterity here influencing accuracy.

I found something more specific in the strategy guide, mentioning dexterity, but I'm not sure its correct taking into account the explanation in the manual and in the tool tips.

Anyone knows how this stat is determined, if it takes into account dexterity?

No, DEX has no bearing. Accuracy is determined first and foremost by your character's class and level. This is further modified by active effects, such as talents, weapon enchantments, spells etc.

Also race, in the case of some elves and dwarves (maybe others, I can't think of at the moment).

is there any way to see your characters resolve, accuracy, and so on?
I might be blind but i couldn't see it in the character screen.

The stats are under the portrait on the character sheet.
