If you have IE mod installed you won't be able to install the new patch unless you backed your Assembly-CSharp.dll file.
Otherwise you will have to reinstall the game. Not a big deal, just saves some time.

I backed mine up; if you need the Assembly-CSharp.dll file, you can get it from MediaFire. Remember to unzip it once you download it!
There is a version of the IE mod that works with the new patch also.

And it will allow you to keep the tutorial companions, bypassing their scripted death (keeping the only Rogue companion in the game).
The old version of Assembly-CSharp.dll will keep your game showing as version 1.02, not as 1.03. I have no idea if that's just cosmetic, or not. Just FYI.
That happened to me too ... got the old version #. But they seemed to have fixed it, at least if you downloaded the new DLL directly on the author's site rather than off Nexus/
