Since I have yet to find any way of contacting besides forms I would like to request a refund of Pharaoh + Cleopatra. The game refused to go past a certain point and freezes. I have tried restarting, reinstalling, playing in widows. I have tested on 3 computers.
Windows Vista
Windows 10 and Windows 7.

It will not progress past a point, just freezes and that's it. I am tired of fighting with this and would just like a refund. I've fought with this for 4 days and am tired nothing works, nothing fixes, once you get to level 15 it just stops playing, you can not progress.

Plenty of users have had no problems with the game so calling the game "broken" is misleading and untrue: it's likely the problem is something to do with your rig or how you build your cities that may be causing the issue.

* When you say "Level 15", what mission are you referring to?
* What is happening just before the "freeze" happens? There are some known bugs with invasions (specifically water invasions) causing crashes and game freeze ups, but a large portion of the game bugs that do develop are usually solvable just by performing a normal restart of your PC.
* Have you tried the widescreen patch yet? The widescreen patch is known to fix many compatibility issues with the game on newer OS, such as freeze ups and speed control problems: http://www.wsgf.org/dr/cleopatra-queen-nile/en

If you answer these questions, users may be able to assist with the problem. This is just a user help user forum and you won't get official support from GOG.com in this section of the site. If you feel like you still want a refund, you should use the contact us form and file a ticket with GOG.com.

There is no warning when it happens, it runs perfectly right up until a certain point then just stops working, on all three computers.

I have used the widescreen patch and it does not help or fix the problem.

Like I asked: what is this "certain point"? That could literally be anything at all, if you want help from the community, then you need to provide more information.

It just stops at random at the same level. There's no level name that I can find, I've started a new profile and the exact same level it just stops working, there's no "point" at the level when it just stops working, just stops when it feels like it.

I've tried everything here, I can't even enter the cheat code to just skip the level. It gets to a point and stops. I've installed widescreen fix, restarted computer, uninstalled reinstalled, played in window, launched as admin, set to launch in WIN95/98 Mode. If I could find a name to this it would help a lot but I don't know how to check where I'm at.

I can play all the levels in mission selection with no problems, I can do sandbox levels with no problems, but if I play the campaign it gets to a point and just stops.

Look through this playlist and see if any of the missions look familiar to the mission that is causing the problem, then post the mission name here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLC39876196E214FE2

You can also look at the world map of the mission in question and find the city which is marked as "Our city", which will specify the mission that this is happening.

You really need to provide more information, vague hints are not really helpful and make it very difficult for the community to try and find the cause of the problem. If you have a save game taken from before the problem happens, feel free to attach it here (or upload it somewhere and link it) so members can try and find out what the problem is.

The "mission name" is the name of the city you're in. :) Click on the Ankh that take you to the mission briefing and it's at the top.
I'm having the exact same problem. I'm in Rowarty. Nothing in particular is going on right before the freeze - I'm not being attacked or anything. I'm running the game in Crossover on a Mac. I have restarted. I have no idea how to install the widescreen patch. Thanks in advance for any help!

Follow the instructions below to enable the widescreen hack for Pharaoh:
1) Navigate to the following link (GOG.com version only!): http://www.wsgf.org/dr/cleopatra-queen-nile/en
2) Download the zip/rar included on that page to somewhere on your PC
3) Extract the exe for the resolution you want (preferably to the desktop, the resolution MUST be supported by your graphics card)
4) Rename the exe you extracted to something like PharaohHD.exe
5) Move it to the Pharaoh install folder.
6) Run the game from that exe and select 1024*768 to get the proper resolution.

Hope this helps! :D
