The game continues to run indefinitely without victory even though all objectives met. This means unable to go to third mission. Can anyone help with this?

Hello,
I had the same problem, but in the third mission (called "Buto" or "Perwadjyt"). In that mission, which I played "very difficult", I have reached each objective but my buildings still didn't grow up because of a "lack of entertainment". If you are in the same mission, you should put the difficulty level down if you are upper than "normal" just for a moment. The buildings will reach the very next esthetic scale and you will win the mission.
I hope it is the mission you were talking about.
