As the title says, my papyrus makers have apparently stopped working at some point, and I can't figure out the reason.
Reed gatherers still do their job, but all the reed ends up swamping the storage yards instead of being delivered to papyrus makers -- which have road connection and all the workforce they need. I've made sure that papyrus industry is switched on and is described as "active" in the overseer of commerce's screen. Just in case, I've tried switching the industry and export off and back on, as well as tearing down the existing papyrus makers and building new ones, but none of that has helped. However, I'm sure the industry did function earlier.
Papyrus is the only export product Men-nefer has, so without it, the city is going to go bankrupt soon.
Is there something I've overlooked?
