playin Abu mission and need pop reach to 4k.. problem is i cant build MORTUARY, so there are sustain health problems in my city.
Theres not even Mortuary in menu in my game :_/
help please..

You don't need Mortuaries in Abu. If you're having health problems, make sure your people have food and access to Physicians. Use your floodplains to grow plenty of food and remember to keep Osiris happy. If you're having problems reaching the population goal, keep expanding your city and evolving your housing. Make sure you have enough goods and services to keep your housing blocks from devolving.
