Hi, how can I decrease the speed? Probably due to the processor the game is running super fast...

You can set the game speed ingame. From 10% to 100%:

Glad to help :) I often set it to 10% when starting a level if you want to carefully lay out a large road network

Either use the pull-down menu as illustrated above, or press the square brackets (i.e., " [" or "]" ) to slow down or speed up the game.

Use anything from 10% to 90%. Full speed is unplayable.
