This is a rather weird issue that I think will affect everyone.

If the game is closed in the wrong manner (aka, it crashes, the process is forcibly ended etc), then the game becomes plagued with constant black flashing areas that do not go away. These problems aren't there when the game is installed, but appear immediately after the game crashes.

I cannot find any acceptable solution to stop this and it's really quite annoying. If your having this problem too, please post here and hopefully it can be fixed.

A solution that seems to work in clearing away the black flashing is to just restart the computer. After doing a restart, the flashing black bars are gone. =]
