I found the Sure Shot ability granted by the Rapid Dominance Tactics training, which supposedly makes your next shot undodgeable. This sounded great for my snipers, since paradoxally snipers are horrible at taking out unaware agents. who always have a full awareness bar out of combat and will just dodge my shots.

But the ability doesn't show up in my list of abilities. Is this a bug? Or does the ability trigger automatically under some condition not stated in the ability description?

I think it appears in the weapon's menu, just after standard weapon attacks and overwatch.

That's weird, I'm sure it was actually in my abilities, but you need to select a weapon to use first (so it knows which weapon to apply the shot to). I think I selected the weapon, then the abilities menu, and then selected it.

Damn, it's indeed just there in the weapons menu (no need to go to the abilities tab). I used the weapon menu options beyond the regular and headshot attacks so little I never even noticed :p Thanks.

Just an FYI for people who may not know: If you stand right next to someone with full awareness and shoot them, they can't dodge it.
