Looks like this is the censored version of the game. There was a rape scene in the original game that was later cut. I had the original, it was a bit intense but not bad enough to be censored... I'm not sure if anything else was cut. It's a good game either way!

Are you sure you didn't activate the censoring from the main menu? If not, that's pretty stupid that GOG is selling a butchered version of the game.

I think I searched this version from GOG and it was uncensored. I know back in the day there was a re-release and this scene was cut.

Yep, the rape scene is in the GOG release.

If you see mosaics during some scenes then you accidentally censored the game. Also, it can't be more butchered than the Sega Saturn release (Changed soundtrack, no sexual content, no profanity, they dubbed all the characters in japanese, etc).

It is at the start of Chapter 4.

If you tried to start the game in chapter four just to see the rapescene, the game does a little trick on you and skips the scene altogether.
I remember a friend of mine wanted to see the scene back in highschool when I told him about it, and I figured you have to fully play chapter three in order to see the video cut-scene beginning chapter four :)

That'd be why. When I bought the game I was interested to see if it was disable to I jumped right to chap 4. Haven't had time to play it enough to get there. Really need to play it again!
