This patch brings Spanish translated subtitles which is a novelty in this game (the fact of having subtitles I mean). Up until now, all localized versions of the game (English, German, French, Italian, Japanese) relied on dubbing with no accompanying texts/subtitles being present at all.
It combines windowed subtitles for the in-game speech (the code was present within the game but it was inactive) together with hardcoded subtitles for the FMVs because it doesn't seem possible to bring the windowed subtitles for those.
