Hey there,

as I mentioned a few weeks ago, I had to switch to a Mac, which I did. I also used the software Parallels Desktop to be able to use all my windows software.

I now found out, that Phantasmagoria 1 will start and I can hear the music - but there is nothing to see, the screen stays black.

Does anyone of you have an idea what the problem could be? I used Windows 8 before on my old PC and have put Windows 7 on my Mac. But that shouldn't be the problem, should it?

Thanks for your help!

If you're using a Mac I'd run it directly through DosBox on Mac OS. There are lots of guides online to do this and it's a lot easier.
