Does Phantas 2 now run the 16 bit Windows version by default? Because if so I'm gonna have to prepare for an all nighter of crazy goodness.

Oh yes, it does. You can also disable or keep the scanlines, whichever way you prefer.

I fixed this game to work years ago, nobody tried the fix tho.
