I'm in the tutorial and the dialogue skips to the last bit of voice over. Also the explanation of the backstory, with all the glowing balls, got stuck so that the only way to proceed was to skip. Does anyone have a fix for either of these problems? I've heard it has something to do with frame-rate, though I don't know if that's correct.

I'd appreciate any help.
