Same here. No Music and no Cinematics on Win 10. Solutions at the meantime?
It's been 2 years since I posted this, your the only one to reply, I've pretty much lost all hope.

ambarees: Same here. No Music and no Cinematics on Win 10. Solutions at the meantime?
I fixed it by doing the following:

- Download "DXWnd", the latest version from Sourceforge
- Extract it, then run it and add the game
- Options -> Enable "Expert Mode"
- Right click on the game profile you created earlier, click on Modify
- "Compat." -> "Bypass GOG libs"
- "Sound" -> "Hook DirectSound" and "Virtual CD audio"
