i dont know if anyone is still playing pax anymore but i need help the game runs fine (other then the music but i dont mind)
when you build a defence for a planet or something for it to grow it comes up with a % of how much is built which goes fine which works at first but for some reason the % starts to go down instead of up as if its being destoryed but im not being attcked and i dont know what to do please help

That is definitely a slow side of the forum.

I don't know for sure, but check you empire finances. It might be that you just don't have the money, so some stations and ships are getting destroyed to reduce spending.

In some cases enemies will use espionage against you, one option is sabotage planet infrastructure. this will destroy buildings that provide construction, research, population, etc; and will hurt planet defenses. In some cases it will outright destroy defenses or in some cases downgrade them. You can always use subsidies (on the planet info screen) to accelerate construction. This includes infrastructure, orbital construction, and ship building. Just keep an eye on your finances. Although planet subsidies reset to a positive income if your treasury goes below zero.
