I recently purchased Patrician 3 and am unable to install it. When the progress bar reaches about 75% I get an error that says:

We are sorry, installation failed....
An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Patrician 3\WalType.dll
MoveFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied.

I've deleted what was installed and tried again and the same error happened, I even re downloaded it off Gog and the problem persists.

Try running the installer as an admin (Right Click ---> Run as Administrator) If that doesn't work it could be antivirus software interfering, try disabling that before you install.
