Recently the Patrician series have grabbed my attention and I am about to buy one. Although I am not sure which one I shoud pick up.

The Patrican 1 & 2 pack or simply Patrician 3. They both seem very awesome. Is there some major difference between P2 and P3?

Personally I'd go with III. It's essentially the same as II but with more features.

Patrician 3 is, in fact, a stand-alone add-on for Patrician 2, and in Germany, it was sold that way, while in the rest of the world, it was sold as Patrician 3.
