I built a Cog and upgraded it to level 3. Does the ship come with cannons or other weapons or do I have to buy and load the weapons onto the ship? The cannon ball symbols don't show on the ship screen. During a battle I don't see anything fire.
I have bought various types of weapons and they show up in my weapons section the headquarters inventory. Are the weapons that show up here for land use only or can they be used on ships?

Hi!
If you go into the transaction screen between your ship and the city (just like you do when you buy and sell goods), you'll notice there is a "weapons" button in your list of possibilities on the right edge of the screen. After clicking on this button, you can move weapons between your HQ and the ship.
And unless you're the major of the town, you can't buy weapons for land combat, so all you can buy are intended for ships.
