This should be stickied.

Not only has this improved the visuals immeasurably, but now the game seems to run much more smoothly as well (had a problem with jerky movement before)

This patch is great! I had no problems whatsoever running the game in 1920x1200.

Anyone else that is using this patch that has relatively long loading times? Due to the nature of the game I find myself loading a lot during combat and I'm still in the beginning so I don't want to waste health and ammo. Each loading takes between 10 to 20 seconds.
