Hi, everyone ! ^^

I have a strange problem in Day 6 for the Bachelor (sorry for the mistake in the title, I got it all mixed up). I was looking for "Klara" and finally found her at Eve's place. I took her blood and tested it, but it gaves no result. I've read a walkthrough of the game to understand what I missed, but it seems that this is really all I need to do. Still, the quest isn't updated and I can only fail the day's objective (the voice at the end of the day tells me that the day's mission has been carried out at the price of the lives of several people). Is this a bug, or am I really missing something ?

It's been a long time since I played as the Bachelor... Did you get the little sequence where you use the microscope? Sometimes the walkthrough omits the final step, which is to report back to the original quest giver (Victor in your case?). Try talking to him, maybe that will update the quest.
Glad to see the community isn't totally dead. This is an awesome game which shouldn't have stayed in the shadow. ^^

I did use the microscope with each sample (Klara, Lara, Ospina, Anna and Julia), but no update. I knew the game had a tendancy to do that from time to time, and I remember myself trying to report the result to someone, but it was Saburov as I thought he would be the one most interested by the results. Either way, I'll try what you said and I'll report the results to Victor. Thanks a lot !
I'm sad not many people are playing this game. I vaguely recall being stuck at the same point as you (something involving the microscope anyway), but I can't recall how I solved it. Anyway, I prefer the Haruspicus' storyline myself. It's a completely different perspective and sheds more light on the origin of the plague, as well as the town itself.
I can imagine that, seeing the particular situation he is in during the Bachelor scenario. I heard that in terms of translation quality, the Bachelor was the best scenario, though, so I'm waiting for the translation fix to be released. Or the new Kickstarter version of the game, but that may take more time.

EDIT : I tried to speak with Victor, to no avail. I think I tried Big Vlad too, but I'm not sure. I will have to deal with it, as I don't have time to do anything else, but it seems like I encountered a particularly annoying bug ... If you have any other idea of what could have happened, for future reference, I'm interested. ^^

OK, here's something for the last resort. Bear in mind that I haven't experimented with it, but I've tried different commands.

Go to http://forum.ice-pick.com/viewtopic.php?t=5302 and there you'll find instructions on how to enable the console, along with the descriptions of all console commands. Near the end of the page you'll see the following command:

trigger quest_d1_01 completed

If you're on Day 5 (or is id Day 6?), you may need to substitute "d1" with "d5" or "d6" and maybe play with that last number. Try it only if you genuinely think this is a bug, otherwise it's cheating. ;)

By the way, the Haruspicus' scenario is quite comprehensible in terms of text and translation; at no point did I think it was unintelligible. I believe it's Klara's translation that is a mess. Some idioms are completely wrong (translated word-by-word), but they're just flavour. IMO the slightly odd text just pronounces the surreal setting of the game even more.
Thanks a lot for your help. I can't really test it because I skipped the day, thinking that I couldn't do anything more, but I'll keep that in mind. And yes, it was Day 6, I made a mistake. ^^

I heard that one of the other scenario was indeed a mess, and I remembered it was Klara, but I wasn't too sure about the Haruspicus ... I guess I'll just try it out. Thanks again. ^^
Well, the downside that now some of your adherents have caught the plague. The good news that you'll get the opportunity to heal them, but the bad news is that probably won't leave you with enough cure for the other two characters' adherents, so you won't be able to choose their endings if you like them better. There isn't any real downside to this, other than the fact that you'll miss one strange revelation about the game (a dialogue and a cutscene enabled only if all adherents of all three characters survive).

Best of luck to you in the final half, I sort of envy you for playing the game for the first time and being surprised by all the revelations!
Nothing is truly lost, as I intend to do a full walkthrough of the game at one point. I'll still be able to correct my mistakes at that moment. Thanks for your words. ^^
