I'm running the game in full screen, with the widescreen high-res patch, but it doesn't lock down my mouse cursor properly. By which I mean, when I'm looking around, I'll see my mouse cursor show up on my second monitor to the left. Then if I click anything, I'm clicking on the desktop so the game minimizes. What can I do about this short of disabling my second monitor while playing?

It's an old thread but since you got no answer: I got the same problem with some other games, well the most simple answer to that is to just unplug the screen while playing - perhaps there might be a tool for Windows which can deactivate the screen virtually (Windows isn't my main OS)
