I saw the Void had a torrent file off Ice Pick Lodges main website you could download about 4GBs of extras, I was wondering if anyone has heard anything similar with Pathologic? I adore this game , I wish there were more goodies out there.

If there exist more goodies, they're likely in Russian. Perhaps some Russian members of gog.com can answer that question.
