As the title suggests, I'm wondering if the GOG version of Pathologic is stand-a-lone or just a Steam Key purchase. I ask this question because every other vendor of this game (such as Humble Bundle) is nothing more than a Steam Key Purchase, and I'd like to avoid feeding the monopoly.

Sorry for asking such a generic question,

-Matt

Yes it is standalone, after purchase you can access it like any other game you have purchased from GOG
(this is a really weird question to ask, you should know by now that GOG isnt a steam key reseller.)

Sorry. I almost never purchase anything from GOG (most of my purchases are from Humble Bundle) so I'm not really familiar with their business practices.

Ah fair enough, but yeah all GOG games are standalone and drm free, like Humble's drm free offerings, and I asked because your forum info shows you registered with the site in 2013. I hope that answers your question.
