I recall having managed to enable the console in the past, but I can't seem to do so now.

Adding EnableConsole = 1 to config.ini doesn't seem to work. Is there a keybind I need to add to init.cfg? It's usually 'toggleconsole' in Source games, but that doesn't seem to do the trick.

(The reason I need the console is that I might manage to do something about the stuttery framerate)

Hate to necro but if anyone has a solution to this, I would appreciate it.
The console seems to be enabled by deafult but no key I press brings it up. Have tried changing keyboard languages and nothing.
