Necro-Bumping this as I agree as the American localization sucks as usual, (On average we make shitty voice work for imports.) Hire UK localization instead, also this forum is somewhat dead anyways. ;^)

Russian version is available now; Italian as well. Russian version is audio and text, while Italian is text only.

No, there are no subtitles in general because of engine limitations. The story is also almost entirely told through written dialogue, with a voice acted mood setter at the start of conversations and a few special scenes, but otherwise absent, so you might have trouble following what they're actually saying if you don't speak Russian.

I did figure out how to add the Russian and English voice acting to different versions of the game, though, so you can play the game with Russian voices and English text if you want. You can find the instructions for it in the thread I just made.

That's very cool!!! I might give it a try just to see how it "feels" differently.
