I must admit I loathed the first game (mainly due to the companions and time limit), but this was 75% off now so...

...but we'll see how long I last because this is an incredibly RSI inducing game.

* You have to double click the character portraint EVERY TIME combat ends to get the camera to continue following the character.
* You still can't assign a mouse button to scroll the camera (only edge scrolling which requires much larger wrist movements).
* There's no toggle button to always control the entire party.

Oh, and there's also a bug upon entering combat which sometimes locks the camera rotation to the cursor even if you're not holding any button down...

Also, there's cut-scenes where characters speak with speech bubbles and no UI on screen... so you can't click with the mouse to progress, you have to use the space bar.

Finally, when fighting in a room with high walls and your character is surrounded by black, moving is almost impossible without rotating the camera, because the cursor points to the walls instead of the floor.

Accessibility score for this game: ZERO!

You could use a gamepad. Or get a mouse/software that lets you map keyboard presses to mouse buttons.

I believe [HOME] focuses the camera on a party member and [Backspace] selects all party members.

Thanks for the tip, I was able remap those keys to the trackball I'm using.

However, just to get into the game I still have to press Enter, which is quite a baffling design decision, I must admit.
Have you considered just using a regular mouse to play the game?
Also, what's wrong with using keyboard shortcuts? I mean, unless you only have one hand/arm...
