So on map its asking me to speak to Orc Paladin before I can go to retake garrison except she has nothing to say about it and is repeating same lines. I have verified and repaired game reinstalled all that jazz but after spending alot of time doing all quests and spoken to everyone I mean everyone.

Is it a known issue for others? Fix on way? or start again.
