SoWeBe: Alright, these are tuff Puzzles to do and youtube is not helping too well, I gave up on it.

You should not say something like that. That you or anyone else is "too dum" for all those puzzles. The puzzles are not easy. There is nothing to be ashamed of to say out loud if you have troubles with them.
The reward is a conclusion to Nenio's companion questline. Some do it as a step for a special ending. But it is really for the companion's sake. The story twist is very rewarding, even if you just solve it by solutions you can find on the internet. Though it is still a lot of work which is the opposite of "action".
