So how to get out my character from magic hole?! Like I wait for 3 minutes straight and hole did not disappear and my character can't get out of it because have low reflex and mobility scores -.-

If it is a misstep from a spell one of your party members cast then have that party member use the dismiss spell ability. Dispel Magic might work if it is an enemy spell.
