Please put on the list to make area affect healing and buffs apply to NPC allies. If this is already happening, its not showing up visually. Thanks.

It is shown with a visual feedback for me.
You should describe your situation more. Also, if you want developers to get your suggestion, use the ingame bug reporting tool by pressing ALT+B while being ingame. It can be used for suggestions as well.
