I read the first one had them which was the reason i never bought it (i like to take my games slow, exploring a lot and spending countless hours of pointless stuff).
I'll wait until the worst bugs are taken care of anyway but I'd like to know if it's a game i can look forward to.

I don't mind story progression related restrictions if I know they are there, i was more worried about things like hidden "real-time"-timers, "turn-count"-timers or something similar.
I'll be looking forward giving the game a try after a few patches then.
