I just killed the Nabasu that you can find inside the Market Square while playing on Core difficulty, but didn't get the related achievement for it.

Anyone else experienced this too?

Hello!

The achievements should work properly as far as we know. It could be a problem somewhere with the client and game checks. Could you, please. report it as a bug by pressing ALT+B?
Also, could you try and re-login into GOG?
