On Oct 12 the 2.0.1h update was released but I don't see the offline installer updated for it.

I don't know. I don't use Galaxy because it's not really functional on Linux.
But I've seen the update on Steam.

I just noticed the Mac version was updated on the 12th to 2.0.1h but not the Windows version.

Yes windows GoG Galaxy updated the game to 2.0.1h

The GoG Auto Patch creator failed to make a patch file from the data file provided by the game developer, so a GoG human employee will have to look into the error to try and fix it. Then it will be posted in the Offline Downloads game folder.
