I've researched every curse except for the Briar, but the Exotic Garden isn't showing up on the building list for any of my towns. Can anyone tell me why not? Is it alignment-restricted? Is there some other building that's mutually exclusive with it (like you can't build a Sacred Grove if you've got a Lumberyard)? Is it an upgrade of a Park?
