Not sure if the spells are unselectable for some reason or invisible spell, but seem to be happening only for Linzi, Regongar & Jaethal
Oh well. This is not a bug. This is the core mechanic of the classes.
Clerics have to select (memorize) spells and then rest to be able to use them. The more Wisdom the more spell slots per rest.
While other classes can cast spontaneously from all their known spells
