Whilst playing the game, the viewing camera scrolls down the screen as if I have a stuck key. I can move the camera back up but as soon as I stop moving the camera, it scrolls down again. I have changed the key bindings for this action, but does not help. I have tried a different keyboard and mouse, still the same. Please help.

Probably a driver issue. Try rebooting.

I had this issue as well. The problem was that the game was detecting my HOTAS as a controller, and the throttle position as me paning down. Unplugging the HOTAS fixed it.
Would be nice if there was a option to have the game ignore the control inputs you did not want to use.
