Can you confirm if both trophies on the attached capture are for completing Varnhold DLC? (they unlocked at the same time)

Varnhold's Lot DLC came out in February and people have been receiving "The Story's End" achievement since at least last October, so no only the Varnhold is for completing the DLC.
