Hi players,

i checked my journal and noticed, i have something about 80 days (ingame time)
for solving the main quest with that bandit (German name is Hirschkönig, maybe Deerking?).
Is that the final goal of the game? So i want to know, do i have to hurry?

You have to do exactly what the game tells you to do: keep your eye on the time limit.

That does not help. I dont know how much content i NEED to do.
So in other words, i cannot say if i have enough time left or i need to hurry...
I dont want to waste my time for completing sidequests on the way.
Maybe i have to go straight forward and making sidequests later?
...really hard to decide...

It seems that it is possible, that you cannot complete the game if you
reach an time limit. Because its not clear how much you have to do for
that specific quest. And how much time you really need to complete it.

In my game, I'll first hunt down that gnome, then slaughter the bandits and take over "Raubland".
You are not a "Baron" yet and this seems to be part of the prelude of the game to get to full power and have all the available facilities.

My party cannot wander freely on the map anyway, it seems. I image later there will be no time limit, but this is guesswork.
In my opinion, you will have a lot of difficulties to fail this "time limit" quest. When you reach the point, that you have nothing more to do then attacking the stag lord, you will have plenty of time left. in my case i had like 40 days left.

And yes, if you fail this "time limit", you lose, i think. But i must admit, i have not come up to this point.

Edit: but i read in some posts, that because of bugs the most necessary events did not trigger and the player just moved on until the time was gone. And then he lost.
