So, is this bug ever going been fixed?
Patched to 1.0.6 and still I can't enter Technic League Camp, can't complete this quest and as a result I missed two companions.
This is ridiculous

I had a problem with the Technic League camp that made me stop playing:

Twice now my people killed them with no dialouge reloaded and it's fine

It seems like if you go straight up the right side sometimes they get drawn into the fight...?

Finally found a way to force restart and complete the quest in case you missed it. It's somewhat quick and relatively easy, but you'll need UnityModManager, two mods, and the debug console to do so.

1. Install UnityModManager
2. Install Cheat Menu
3. Install Bag of Tricks
4. In the Quests section of Cheat Menu, restart the Technic League quest
5. In the Tools section of Bag of Tricks, enable Development Tools
6. Save, quit and reopen the game (Dev Tools requires a restart)
7. Type "tp2loc_TechnicLeagueEncampment_Enter" without the quotes

That's it! You've successfully restarted the quest and teleported to the Technic League Encampment. Don't forget to disable Development Tools in the Tools section of Bag of Tricks, but other than that, you're all set.

You can use that method to reset any quest and teleport to the area if it's not possible to enter via the regular map.
