Do you have any mods? What happens when you try to trade? Can you describe it with more details, please?

I did use mods at first but now i am not using one. even time i try talking to oleg to trade
it hangs at the end dialogue screen

What mods did you use?
Have you tried to verify integrity of game files?

[bag of tricks, visual adjustment and kingdom resolution, and yes I have verified and repaired the game still have the same problem
