I think I found a bug. The slow and steady trait (https://imgur.com/a/sSaP5rG) is still affected by encumbrance. I actually tested it. I had my character drop things until he had light encumbrance. I made him cross a room. It took 3 seconds. I then increased his load to heavy, and the same length of space took 8 seconds. Something to keep in mind in case that ability is a deal breaker for you.
