I checked all 3 chests. Nothing in the way of pre-order anything. I had saved before I went to the trading post I was on the road and yet when arriving and things happen, go to rest...still nothing. I will try a new character but the game is starting off on a bad foot not just that either.

PS: I made a new character and it was there. Still I don't want to go on with all the other current issues.
