Does Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Imperial Edition Bundle include all the DLCs?

Yes-ish. It doesn't include the two free DLCs - Arcane Unleashed and Bloody Mess - so those you have to add to your cart separately. It does however seem to include all the content of Royal Ascension, even if that particular DLC doesn't get marked as owned when you own the Imperial Edition Bundle.
I've attached a screenshot of what all is included with the Windows version (including those two free DLCs), as it seems the Linux version never got the 2.1.7b fixes, so is still on 2.1.5d. >.<
