Anyone else getting exclamation marks on map points you have been to before that says that there is new events there but when you go there there is nothing new going on?

Yes, except they aren't new events for me, but rather ghost markers of events I have already completed (generally old companion quests)

It seems to happen everytime there are major changes to a map which requires a new verson of the map to load, which can happen both before and after quest events.
