Played about 5 to 7 days ago, got on just now and the continue option is blacked out.
Gog sync was loading up fine pre game. I cant seem to find where the game is even saved at but regardless I havent deleted any files or messed with anything that recently.
Just went to make a new character until I could get some help and it wont even let me make a new character. I hit next and it doesnt do anything.



Solution if you have mods, I needed to update my BagoTricks, VisualAdjustments, & CraftMagic

saved games are stored at [MAIN DRIVE]\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Kingmaker\Saved Games
the rest I have no idea

ive only got a few;
Bag of Tricks [I only used for camera rotation]
Visual Adjustments
Hair Unlocker
Goblin Race

which i havent even used the hair and goblin one.
Also note I've tried verifying the files as well.

Okay so I went ahead and pulled all the mods out, threw them on my desktop.
Launched the game and now my saves are loading.
So somethings conflicting with the save files.

Except now its not wanting to load them bc its missing some mod files x.x

I guess ill try redownloading them all and adding them. Maybe they just needed updated after the last couple patches.

I'm almost 100% sure it's not bag of tricks. I use it for build testing and stuff and it never acted up.
Speaking of mods, you should get cleaner mod. It's a life saver.

It was bagotricks, visual, and craftmag. Updated the files and now my saves are working. thank the gods.
