I did not pre order, I purchased the imperial edition on GOG after release.

Under settings -> DLC I have listed and ticked;

Pathfinder: Kingmaker - In-Game Pet - Red Panda
Pathfinder: Kingmaker - In-Game player's portraits

Should I also have a DLC listed here for the two bonus in game items; Signet ring & belt?

I've not found either the ring or the belt in the chests at Oleg's, however the Red Panda was in the chest next to the bed at Oleg's.

The Imperial Edition includes:
A Premium downloadable copy of the game. 2 in-game items to help an aspiring adventurer (a signet that allows you to bless your party several times a day, and a belt with bonus disease and fatigue resistance). Premium in-game items are designed to not break the game balance.
